Celebrating our chicken pox birthday!

Rachel turned two on May 1st and was diagnosed with the biggest of all party-pooper diseases ~ chicken pox. She already had the vaccine when she was one, so her case is very mild. We found out the day before her party so Ben and I were going back and forth about whether we should try to contact all of our guests and reschedule with the My-Gym, or if we should have Elijah go in her place and bring her gifts home to her. Ben was so mad that we couldn't get our money back he said, "It's her party, just bring her!" Anyway, we're all home from church today. Me with my allergies and stuffy nose, Tiffany with her swollen gums and a tooth almost poking through. Elijah is the only one who's not suffering from some kind of infirmity. Oh yeah, and Ben will be absent from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
